Situated in the heart of the pretty village of Alvignac, Mas de Troy is ideal for those wanting to be close to local amenities, but also wanting privacy and peace and quiet. Recently refurbished with modern fittings, yet retaining much of it’s original charm, it sleeps 2-6 people. The outdoor dining area and poolside BBQ are shaded from the heat of the sun by large dining parasols. Linen is available on request.

The Local Area
The village of Alvignac has good restaurants just a short walk from the house. For a wider choice of amenities and shopping, the local town of Gramat is just 10 minutes drive away, with its bi-weekly bustling market, large tourist office and supermarkets. Within half an hours drive, you can visit the renowned historic site of Rocamadour, as well as the fascinating natural chasm of the Gouffre de Padirac with its underground lakes and connecting waterways. Also close by are the numerous pre-historic caves famous for their cave paintings, the most visited being Pech Merle, and Lacave. Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Cahors and St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Célé and Dordogne river valleys for a choice of many river activities.
