Property Description

This original 17th century manor house is situated high on a hillside amongst rolling hills and woodland areas, close to the village of Latronquière. Each individual gite has been tastefully refurbished to provide modern and comfortable accommodation. Each with own private covered outdoor eating terrace or balcony with BBQ and dining furniture. The 10x5m pool, games room, boules pitch and laundry facilities are shared between all 3 gites. The resident English owners live discreetly on site.

A self contained ground floor apartment attached to the main house. Newly refurbished, it has a comfortable lounge area with satellite TV, DVD and CD players.
The kitchen/dining area is off the terrace with modern appliances, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Local Area

Ideally situated for exploring the local countryside, and enjoying the abundant wildlife. The nearby town of Latroquière is just a short drive away for local shops, Boulangerie, fuel, cash dispensers etc. The market town of Maurs is just 12 Km drive, and is known locally for one of the best colourful markets in the region.
Approximately 20Km away, is the popular medieval town of Figeac, with is bustling weekly market and choice of shops and restaurants. Other towns within easy travelling distance are St Céré and Aurillac:
