Situated in the hamlet of St Simon, in the heart of the ‘Regional Parc de Causse de Quercy’, Cammas is cosy and full of charming original features. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, and the walled garden secure and private. A dining terrace to the front of the house can be accessed through French windows from the living room. To the rear of the property is the private swimming pool surrounded by garden and sunbathing terrace.

The Local Area
Situated in the rural village of St Simon and approximately 3 km from the larger village of Assier where you will find a choice of boulangeries, local store, post office as well as regional restaurants and cafes. The bi-weekly market, although small, gives a glimpse of typical rural French life. For a greater choice of shops, supermarket,restaurants, banks etc, the village of Lacapelle Marival is about 15 mins drive away.
Slightly further a field, approximately 25mins drive away, is the bustling medieval market town of Figeac where you will find a wide choice of charming shops and restaurants, and of course the weekly Saturday market which is a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike.Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Célé and Dordogne river valleys for a choice of many river activities.
