• We are available to respond to enquiries 365 days per year, which means no more missed enquiries.
• All enquiries are offered alternatives if their chosen property is unavailable. Your property could be offered as the alternative choice.
• Because we offer a dedicated booking service to the holiday maker, and take the strain out of trawling through hundreds of properties, many clients come straight to us to find their holiday home. This could be your property.
• All associated administration is taken care of. This includes all enquiries and correspondence, booking terms and conditions, collection of deposits, and arranging the collection of the final balance payments on your behalf.

• We are a ‘one stop shop’ for rental properties in South West France. Clients simply give us their criteria, and we do the work for them, saving them valuable time in searching the hundreds of properties available. We could bring your property directly to them. (Research has shown that most clients give up after the first 2 pages of properties on the larger sites, as the choice is simply too much!)
• All our properties are personally inspected to guarantee the standard expected by the discerning holiday maker in France.
• All locations are researched for local amenities, so we can answer the all important questions such as ‘is the local Boulangerie within walking distance?’

How does all this work for you…. The property owner?

• In short, our services are based on a 'no booking, no fee' basis. In other words, as we only work on a % commission, you only pay commission on the bookings we secure for you. You are free to take your own bookings at any time. We simply work alongside you to fill your available weeks.
