Property Description
Owned by an artist, Les Trois Sabots is completely full of character
and charm. It is situated in the tiny hamlet of Ladirat, but only
about 15 mins drive from the beautiful town of St Céré.
It has been lovingly maintained and retains all of its original features,
but has been adapted to provide comfortable living for 2 people. It
has magnificent views from the original balcony overlooking the delightful
gardens. The owner's artistic influence is evident throughout the

Accommodation
Ground floor: The main entrance,
accessed from the front balcony, leads into the original 'salon'
or living area. The focal point of the room is the wood burning
stove, in front of which is an original oak dining table dating
back to the 18th century. A modern fridge/freezer, gas cooker with
oven and hob, kitchen sink unit and dishwasher are cleverly added,
but with minimum intrusion to the original feel of the property.
Seating is arranged at one end of the room, with a seperate door
leading to

second WC is situated in the ground floor utility area, with washing
machine and laundry facilities.
Local
Area
Approximately
15mins drive away, is the beautiful medieval market town of St Céré
where you will find a wide choice of charming shops and restaurants,
supermarkets, banks etc. Once home to the artist Jean Lurçat,
a local gallery is now dedicated to his work and other local artists.
The famous photographer Robert Doisneau also spent time in the area,
and his work is often displayed here too.
Many other tourist attractions are close by or within easy access.
