Property Description
Situated approx 4 kms from the busy market town of Lacapelle Marival,
and only 1 km from the tiny rural village of Anglars, where time appears
to have truly stood still. Le Jague is ideal accommodation for couples
or small families. The 4x7m private pool, (alarmed for safety), is
close to the cottage and surrounded by gardens, (with play swing)
and terracing. The outdoor dining and BBQ area enjoys extensive views
over the surrounding countryside. Central heating is available for
low season lets if required. The English owners live in the main house
away from the gite and are always happy to help and give advice should
you need it. The

The main entrance leads into the tiled kitchen
with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Bathroom with w.c, basin and bath with shower over.
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating,
dining table and chairs, TV and video player, cosy wood burning
stove.

5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Lacapelle-Marival
with its 13th century chateau, Le Jague is conveniently situated
for a wide choice of local shops, including 2 boulangeries, butcher,
fruit and vegetable shop, post office and pharmacy. A well stocked
supermarket, newsagent, doctors, banks and restaurants are all within
easy reach. The markets every Tuesday evening from 5pm and every
Sunday morning from 9am offer exclusively "bio" (organic)
produce. There is also a general market twice a month.
The medieval town of Figeac is approx 20 mins drive away, with it’s
bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants.
Within one hours drive, are numerous tourist spots and places of
interest, including the famous historic site of Rocamadour, the
fascinating natural chasm of the ‘Gouffre de Padirac’
as well as pre-historic caves, famous for their cave paintings.
