Situated at the end of a country lane, La Grange is surrounded by
open countryside but is just a 5 minute walk into the local village
of Lacapelle Marival, which is part of the scenic ’Jardin
de Segala’
Converted to a superior standard, it sleeps up to 8 people. It has
a north facing open sun terrace, perfect for breakfast, and a covered
south facing dining terrace, off the poolside, which provides shade
from the heat of the day.
The luxury eco-matic soft water, solar heated swimming pool, (for
a lower carbon footprint), is private and child friendly with a
security fence and full alarm system. The private decked sun terrace
has poolside furniture and sun beds. There is also a fully equipped,
superior standard, gymnasium and games room with table tennis and
choice of outdoor games.

Local Area
On the edge of the picturesque village of Lacapelle-Marival, La
Grange is just a short walk from all local amenities. The local
shops, including boulangerie, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop,
post office, pharmacy, grocery store, newsagent, (with internet
access) banks and restaurants are all a within easy reach. The markets
every Tuesday evening from 5pm and every Sunday morning from 9am
offer exclusively "bio" (organic) produce. There is also
a general market twice a month.
A short drive away is the medieval town of Figeac with it’s
bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants.
