La Devèze consists of an original stone built farm house
and it’s former barn, set in 6000m2 of private grounds. Both
properties have been converted to a superior standard, providing
individual, private accommodation, within the beautiful setting
of La Devèze. The luxury, eco-matic, soft water, solar heated
swimming pool, (13mx6m) is the focal point of the property, and
is surrounded by beautiful terraces and shaded areas where you can
wine, dine and relax.

Area
On
the edge of the picturesque village of Lacapelle-Marival, La Deveze
is just a short walk from all local amenities. The local shops,
including boulangerie, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, post office,
pharmacy, grocery store, newsagent, banks and restaurants are all
within easy reach. The markets every Tuesday evening from 5pm and
every Sunday morning from 9am offer exclusively "bio"
(organic) produce. There is also a general market twice a month.
A
short drive away is the medieval town of Figeac with it's bustling
Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants.
