Both properties have been converted to a superior standard, providing individual, private accommodation, within the beautiful setting of La Devèze. The luxury, eco-matic, soft water, solar heated swimming pool, (13mx6m) is the focal point of the property, and is surrounded by beautiful terraces and shaded areas where you can wine, dine and relax.

Local Area
On the edge of the picturesque village of Lacapelle-Marival, La Deveze is just a short walk from all local amenities. The local shops, including boulangerie, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, post office, pharmacy, grocery store, newsagent, banks and restaurants are all within easy reach. There is a general market twice a month.
A short drive away is the medieval town of Figeac with it’s bustling Saturday market, as well as many delightful shops and restaurants.
Very easy access to many tourist spots, activities and places of interest, eg Rocamadour, Cahors, St Cirq-Lapopie. An ideal base for visiting the Lot, Célé and Dordogne river valleys for a choice of many river activities.
